Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Omy Feel mobile application on the Apple App Store and to read-only content endpoints hosted on this website. It is intended for app users and anyone reading this page in a browser.
Data We Handle
Omy Feel does not ask for your full name, email, phone number, postal address, government ID, or payment details to use core features.
Tone labels, pulse scores, reflection lines, and tags you create are kept for your in-app experience. We do not reuse that content for behavioral ads or resale.
Remote Content
The app may download public JSON for onboarding text, sample prompts, and UI placeholders from this domain. Those files contain generic copy, not your personal emotional records.
Permissions
Omy Feel uses standard iOS storage and networking for optional templates and updates. Contacts, photos, microphone, and location are not requested unless a future feature clearly requires them and this policy is updated.
System Diagnostics
If you choose to share crash or usage diagnostics with Apple, that data is processed under Apple’s own privacy terms.
Service Providers
Hosting partners serve this policy page and public API routes. They process server logs required to keep the service online under their own policies.
